Cancellation providing more than 7 days notice from the date of arrival will be refunded minus
$50.00 administration fee
Cancellation providing less than 7 days notice from the date of arrival will result in the forfeiture of
50% of monies paid.
No credit or refund will be available for early departures once arrived.

CHILDREN – This is a no children accommodation
No Smoking – Under no circumstances is smoking allowed in any indoor area within the home. Failure to comply with these conditions
will result in a cleaning fee of $50
